Reservation and Pickup Terms
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Reservation requests
Submitting a reservation requests that we hold the listed farm products for pickup. A request is not a completed sale or a guarantee of supply until The Flying App confirms it. Farm availability can change because products are seasonal, perishable, and produced in limited quantities.
2. Products, units, and substitutions
Product descriptions, sale units, quantities, and availability are shown as accurately as practical. Natural farm products can vary in size, appearance, and weight. We will contact you before making a material substitution.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The price recorded when we confirm the reservation normally applies, unless the listing or calculation contained an obvious error. Any required taxes or agreed changes will be communicated before payment. Payment is completed using the method arranged for pickup; the website does not currently process card payments.
4. Pickup
Pickup is in the Grandora, Saskatchewan area during an available or confirmed pickup window. Follow the confirmation instructions and contact us before travelling if your plans change. We do not currently offer shipping through this website.
5. Changes, cancellations, and missed pickup
To change or cancel a reservation, email [email protected] as soon as possible and include the email used to sign in and the reservation number if available. Because products are perishable and held for a specific pickup, unclaimed reservations may be released after the agreed pickup window.
6. Product concerns and refunds
Inspect products at pickup when practical. If something is missing, incorrect, damaged, or not reasonably fresh, contact us promptly with the reservation details. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, replace the product, provide a credit, or refund the affected amount. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep access to your sign-in provider secure and provide accurate reservation information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with inventory or other customers, upload harmful content, or use automated traffic that disrupts the service. We may restrict access needed to protect customers, the business, or the service.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the website and reservation service available, but maintenance, internet providers, weather, crop conditions, animal health, equipment, and other events can interrupt service or supply. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to confirmed reservations.
9. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, reservation, and image information is handled. Questions about these terms or a reservation can be sent to [email protected].
These terms are a practical customer policy and are not legal advice. The business should obtain Saskatchewan/Canadian legal review before adding online payments, delivery, subscriptions, or materially expanding sales.
