Our Story
Rooted on the edge of Grandora, The Flying App reimagines an existing indoor facility and surrounding land into a year‑round source of fresh, local food. Inspired by the legacy of "Flying Appaloosa", our name celebrates heritage, character, and a sense of place.
What began as a vision has grown into a reliable, 12‑months‑a‑year operation: daily‑gathered eggs and vegetables produced indoors throughout the year, complemented by a large outdoor garden during the regular growing season. We're here to support our neighbours with fresher flavor, fewer miles, and transparent, ethical practices. Our mission is simple: grow good food, support our local community, and make the farm‑to‑table journey honest and joyful.
